About ALSA Competitions
Legal competitions are a strong tradition in Australian law schools. Participation affords students the opportunity to develop practical legal skills and improve legal research and reasoning skills. Almost every law school in Australia supports a competition program, often facilitated by the on-campus law student society or Faculty. ALSA supports individual Member associations competitions portfolios through reciprocal knowledge sharing. To find out how your organisation can get involved, please email competitions@alsa.asn.au.
ALSA is proud to facilitate National Competitions by the best of the best, who are nominated to compete by their respective law schools. These national competitions are held each year in conjunction with Conference. In many competitions, the winners go on to compete at the international finals.
